He's standing on thin air way above this memorial, holding a diamond right up into the full moonlight. The diamond of all things, is glowing red from the inside. [link] The Lincoln Memorial. He was shot straight through the heart by a sniper. If you can even do a paneled view, I could give you other details. Basically, getting to the water is his last hope.

There should be a huge crowd of people around the memorial, and a number of hidden snipers in black if you think you can fit them in.

Do you think you can do something along those lines?
