I looked at internet today
it sayd normally budgie can learn up to 20 words and there is some cleaver one be able to learn over 200 words
is that real@ @?

Hmmm well im pretty sure budgeis can learn up to 100 words, ive never heard of a cleaver bird but its possible it can learn 200 words, the bigger parrots can learn even more words.
Oh and if you are going to be away, now that i think about it, you should definately get 2 budgies....they get lonely if they are by themselves.
Petrie knows a few words too, (ex. Petrie Bird, Hello Sweetie, Pretty birdie, chirp cheep, etc.)
So yeah im pretty sure they can learn quite a few words...but you never know.

I went more website yesterday
it said keep budgie in the room where always people. or if u are away, keep music or radio on, because if it silent it means there is predator. put few toys in and rotate everyweeks to make them happy.
always keep the cage high, so budgie can look around and feel save.
and it says if 2 budies together is hard to tame, because they interest in eachother more than human.
don't put mirror or bird soft toy in can make budgie tame easier.
talk to budie at least 10 mins a day and let it exersize around a room with window open and no danger stuff around.
don't keep budgie in kichen
if keep 2 budgies it can make noise twice louder.

Well, i got my 2nd budgie after my first one, but i wouldnt say its harder to tame them...and never open the window unless you are sure they are in their cage and the cage dorr is locked close. Sometimes they do get a little louder but its cute ^^. And yes its better to have them in a room with no dangerr for the beginning at least.
After a while when they get used to ur house or apartment then they can go in the kitchen
Rotating toys is good, i felt bad for my budgies cuz they looked kinda lonely so i put in a mirror, now they are attached to it lol. And one more thing, never let ur budgie (espceially when u first get it) in a room by itself(unless its in the cage) cuz budgies are very mischveaous and can get into a lot of trouble. I got 2 budgie books, i could type out some stuff they say if u want...you never know with websites...but most websites are good.
