Hi, I'm developing a video game and was wondering if I could be using Vector orb ball as background. I'm aiming on releasing it commercial, but not ready to pay anything for it, however, even if it is commercial we are still talking probably very few copies sold.

it is a 3d game, working title is battle ball, but it will probably be changed.
It will be released for xbox 360, probably by selling it on Xbox Indie Game, where the most sold game only has sold 3000 copies(i think), so it is really not much there to gain, but I'm going to try to talk with the Xbox Live Arcade theme and see if it would be possible to sell it on xbox live arcade, then it would sell much more, but it is hard to get them to accept it there

if you felt like adding a bit to your portfolio, it would be great if you would like to help out with the project, of course you will get credit for your picture even if you decide not to. However, it is not going to be payed work, hopefully this will be selling well so it is covering the expenses and I would have a buffer over so I could develop next game without having to think about getting my salary from other places, but it is first then I could think about giving away salaries.
