Hmm, maybe not then..idk.
It's about a dude that raped & killed boys and put the bodies under his floorboards. & when people said something about the smell, he'd just say there was a broken sewer pipe. Eventually someone told on him and he went to jail, but then got out and killed & raped more just because he had 'good behavior' in jail..

Yeah In Jail He would make self-portraits of him in the clown costume (Pogo) some of them are in people's homes hanging in their dining room..they've sold for thousands of dollars...i would never pay thousands for a portrait of a clown especially if the painter was a serial killer...plus you don't know what the paint was made out of if he made them in jail ><
