Ok, so I noticed a lot of improvement with your new video! but some things you could work on in general, try working on the necks of your characters, I notice your necks are a little stiff and a little too thick, try raising the shoulders up a little (This does not go with Sonic characters, because they have incredibly small necks,) but other than that, I just say keep practicing!   

Also, I'm not sure what you're using to animate, but I recommend trying to find some way (whether it be finding a video on Youtube,) or just experimenting, but I would try to find some way to make the camera only on the animation itself, like, cutting out everything but the animation, so the viewers can tell what's going on better
