So, you asked for critics...First thing which is a good one, the colors you use mix well together (not too contrasted or else) for the rest, the main advice I could give would be to study proportions and at least a bit of anatomy(trust me it's kinda annoying at first but it's super useful ) by practising a bit everyday you'll be able to draw your characters with a coherent pose and in good proportion without making any measures before.You can find alot of tutorial for free directly on DA and youtube. Second point, also very important, STOP overusing the airbrush ! It makes your drawing blurry and the lines not clear; learn how to use your drawing program aswell to get the best results.

to sum up everything:

-learn poses, proportion and anatomy 

-don't stop drawing (and draw alot at least once a day)

-try to learn how to use your drawing program 

I guarantee you that you will improve in no time!
