Hello, I saw your post about Deviantart's DMCA and I would like to know what to do since I'm having a problem with it.Β

Has DA taken anything down? How do you know he's reported stuff?
Basically my advice in any situation would be to get in contact with the help desk. Send them what evidence you have and if they feel it's harassment they'll ban him.
If they aren't taking his reports seriously and haven't removed anything then just ignore it. They'll ban him from making reports pretty quickly.

Yeah, my drawing got removed today and I got a note saying that he was the reporter of the drawing due to copyright reasons, the same guy who reported the first drawing DA removed my my gallery, so I know he is obsessed or something, he wants to get me banned.
I have contacted them, I sent them screenshot of the process, from sketch to shading, I really hope that works, I also sent them a link to my girlfriend's deviantart page, she is the owner of the character I drew. I don't see why DA doesn't see what they remove from the site, that way anyone could just go and report drawings without valid reasons and they'd be removed without hesitation, which is really unfair, specially in an art community the site wants to make grow.Β
I'm afraid they won't ban him, despite being a user with multiple accounts, and with a long history of being conflictive. I hope the staff gets to me quickly, I thought he had left me alone for good but after this I know he is still around and causing problems.

Give them time to work through stuff. This sort of thing goes through a higher tier of customer service staff so it can take a while.
I had something similar happen a long time ago - but I explained and it was fine in the end. They couldn't restore my image but I was allowed to repost it and they apologized for the mistake.

I hope you are right, I'm very worried because this guy seems to be after me and if I get another report like that I'll be banned for good.
I'm okay if they let me repost it but I wish they would make sure that what they take down is not stolen art.Β

They probably wonβt ban you. These days it might take a few weeks for them to get back to you.Β
The best thing is to take the high road in all interactions and donβt engage with the person you think is targeting you in any way.Β

I hope not, I have been here for almost 10 years now and I never had problems like that. It's hard to believe he was a close friend of mine, he acts like if he hated me for ever.
Yeah, I blocked him months ago and I thought this affair was done for good but looks like he won't rest until he makes DA to ban my account and that's why I'm so worried.

if you want to rank up you have to give up new designs and fun builds for drone swarms, rail sprinters, and flying teslas because anything else loses and you get relegated to the lowest levels where fun games are impossible with all the newbs

so instead of fighting we all danced to together for ten minutes

If you can afford it, in the Factory is something called a Banshee
It's a hover plasma with a module, it's expensive and you have to take out the module.
But it's awesome.
I've been building things like it, but they're wider and I think my designs fare worse because when I ambush and attack the wider profile is easier to hit
The banshee is slimmer, can take a few hits, and with the 900 CPU can unload an amazing amount of damage. I added a top mount plasma as well.
I'll screen shot it and show you the vehicle, maybe you can just make something like it.
I'll do that after dinner.
There has been so much AA this past week i stopped flying for a few days.
It's just insane when 4+ enemy bots have AA or Seeker Missiles. I can still ambush and get kills but my stats end up being 15 kills 20 deaths and the respawn times get close to two minutes by the end because I always overclock.
