I must remind you that we've actually been hardening our rules on activity.
While I try to tell the staff about your "unique" situation (Schrodinger's Furball? Staff and not staff at the same time), the rest of my staff are basically telling me that you have to be active, or I have to kick you out.

I don't like them. Let them. They've essentially taken your group from you anyway if they're acting like this. I work thirty hours a week and then I have my travel times on top of that, coupled with my time difference to the rest. When I have free time, I want to use it for the things I have inspiration for. AW has lost its appeal - it's basically them RPing among themselves anyway and when I was there attempting something along the lines of RP, they were an elitist group of stuck-up so-and-so's who'd rather play NPC that Doramu and I simply took it elsewhere. When I called them on something that, along general lines, seemed a bit useless of a thing to implement, they were all "Well we discussed it via skype, blahblah, we're obviously better than you because we don't have to go to work every day". I'm sick and tired of fighting for AW when there are one or two members that just make me want to go "Ah, eff it".
Let them take over. It seems they've pretty much displaced you, too.

I've gotten a bit annoyed by some of the things one of the particular new staff members has been doing, but she's also been very stressed lately by real life, and I have been exerting more authority on them to ensure they don't overstep their boundaries. But yeah, with all this stuff piling on top of you in real life, maybe its best for me to take a load off you, for good...
