I go to mewshangout.net. And I dunno, I shade some, which makes it look sorta 3-d. It's simple really. ^_^ Maybe you could find some tutorials. I made one a while ago. It might be somewhat useful.

When you scan your pictures you should try cropping out all the extra stuff. It'll make the picture more appealing ^_^

Why are your pictures filed under digital art, when they are clearly hand drawn?
