They didn't say why in the magazine I read. I'm assuming it's because they want to put out the new product and because of it they put the gamecube version on hold.
Not that it matters anyway. My gamecube won't read any discs all of a sudden.

dang that sucks. and naw, the weren't able to convert the controls over from Wii to Gamecube fast enough. so yeah. its delayed. you know what that means right. GET THE Wii!

E3 convention is goin CRAZY. zelda will be reliesed in november. YAY! and......*dramatic pause* there will be two different Twilight Princess's. Thats right, you typical game cube release and one for the new Wii (Revolution) the Zelda for the Wii will feature special sword techniques that can only be performed with the Wii controller because of its motion sensitive control. SWEEEEET! also feature a whole new way to use your hook shot and boomerang. It looks amazing. just thought i would update ya.

It doesn't surprise me that there will be two Zelda games coming out. That controller is all sorts of odd looking, so it doesn't shock me that it would have certain abilities that a regular controller wouldn't be able to do.
The Revolution is backwards compatible right? Or is it like the 360 where it's only backwards compatible for certain titles? I forget.

i was watching G4 Tech TV. you can probably find it out at Gamespot.com too. if your not a memeber it is free so just sign up. and yes, the Wii is backwards compatible like Woa. it plays the revolution games and you can even download all other nintendo games and play them. im talking 64, SNES, NES. the works. but im sure it'll cost money to download those. but yeah, the gamecube games just slip right in and the move into place. its all good shit.

ah no way. i loved it. technically all the zeldas are a rip off of each other. its link saving the princess over and over again using the same gadgets just in a different world sorta. well same world, different map. so yeah. i dunno.

did you ever play the other zelda on N64? majora's mask? that one took me a little longer to beat than the ocarina of time, but only because you have to pay attention to the clock. kingdom hearts i beat however i'm missing 2 or 3 dalmation puppies at the castle. i can see them, but i can't get to them and i just gave up after a while.
