First, thank you for the link and the recommendation.
Unfortunately It's been more than a decade since I've seen Sailor Moon, and I've seen a grand total of about half an episode of Tenchi, which was also more than a decade ago. So that story isn't something that would appeal to me to begin with, since I would be so lost I wouldn't be able to focus on the fic itself. The other thing keeping me from reading is the formatting. Whoever wrote it only pressed the enter key once when spacing, or something, so everything is smashed together.
Some suggestions.
-Fix the formatting. Should be very simple since it's very clear where it should be spaced.
-Change the title from 'no need for an exile!' to 'No Need for an Exile!. It's just look better. Titles in all lower case letters are a huge red flag for most people that the grammar in the story is going to be very lacking. It's the same with summaries in regards to grammar. Speaking of...
-Likewise, the summary. There's a space between 'arc' and the period there in the beginning, making it look very strange. Ami's last name isn't capitalized. 'conquered' is misspelled. And lastly, 'jurian empire' should be 'Jurian Empire', due to it's importance.
-While this is entirely a personal preference. You may wish to have important narrative things like linebreaks and chapter starts centered. so 'Part 1: Exile to Jurai', should be in the center of the screen, rather than on the left with the other text.
-Other than that, just be sure to capitalize things that should be. Names, places, techniques, and some kinds of items if they have names - if a sword has a name, for instance.
