hmm okay...though I don't really like fall, but nowadays I can see sooo many fall-related artworks here, so I wanted to create a fall scene

At least you have a fall 
Oh, and many trees where I live are evergreen, either desert plants or tropical ones, so they don't change colour at all, but it's nice to know that in Winter, not every tree is bare
beautiful sky in this, and the mountain range looks pretty real too
