It was at this moment in the movie that I started crying so hard I was about to fall off my bunk bed!! Such a beautiful way to capture emotion of everlasting friendship!!

EXACTLY what I thought after I finished watching the trilogy for the first time! I was like, "No, Frodo! Don't go yet! There are several more adventures yet to be found!!" :-P

I'm actually in the middle of reading "The Fellowship of the Ring", and will continue on with the trilogy first. I like to think of "The Hobbit" as a prologue, but I do think I will read it before I see the movie.

Sometimes I do that too. I re-watched "The Fellowship of the Ring" today, and I found myself comparing the things I had read about to what I was watching in the moment. Either way, the books and movies are incredible and deserve immortality among stories!!
