So Dusk should break character? If you have to break a character to get them into a situation you want then maybe you should rethink the entire scene. That's just how writing goes.

I'm really not. I get the point, to get Dusk together with the other five in the mane six. This is not a difficult concept to understand, and I have no idea why you think I don't get it. I'm making a different point. Maybe you aren't getting mine?

I'm currently reading the fanfic, and it is more different than I thought it would be. But, I'm loving the differences. I'm loving this style, this take on the story, even though it's mostly the same. It's like having two ideas of how the same story plays out, and this is done very well. Apologies if this somehow comes out as a diss to either work, as I love them both.
