its a render, and i believe its from planetrenders, you can just search house in their gallery and you would find it P:

Hey umm ... I recommend you to try to make a tutorial or maybe tell where did learn : The pentooling .
Maybe a vid tutorial ?
Since i don't know how to make these like pen shapes
