this is the example app for the pmd group As-Told-By-Us ! While this example only shows one team member, be sure to read the rules to see how many members are allowed on one team!

Item slot is specifically for quest items and will not be filled by personal accessories

Extra is for story info or things relating to said character!

Join date would be the date you upload your app to the group!

Please use a red star to indicate whether your character is a shiny or not. Alternatively if your pokemon is albino/melan, use a white or black star!
