Just to share my opinion on the matter, I think that There is something not quite convincing with the spherical hanging lights. They seem blurry on the edges, and they seem to emit the light from its surface, not from the inside. I like the foreground and the dog touch very much. Also the left portion of the background, but the windows and the exterior could use some less CG look.
I am really not an expert in the field, but I hope I was helpful.

Thanks for the comment! Outside is also modeled like the interior, I preferred it rather than a flat fake scene made up of a single bitmap as I had enough time.
