Although we pride ourselves on what we have been able to accomplish over the years, we do have to admit from time to time that mistakes have been made. Our objective is to ensure that by the time a treatment is delivered to a client, that said treatment has undergone an all manner of testing and should be safe for delivery. Whilst this is true, and we do our best to deliver on that promise, it is worth noting that sometimes test conditions do not translate into the final product. This was the case with Ms. Hazel. Ms. Hazel came to us looking for a temporary transformation solution, one that would change her form into something more fantastical for her gaming group. Ms. Belle had discussed a number of options with her, and in the end, she opted to go for a short dragon-like creature. I believe they're known as Kobolds. I must apologise, I'm not one for fantasy novels. Anyway, with Ms. Hazel making her request, our team got to work and before long we had a solution tested and ready to be administered.

Ms. Hazel came back into see us, with Dr. Summers taking her to one of our 'changing' rooms. The test was administered successfully, and before long, Ms. Hazel's form shifted to that of a short draconic creature. The height difference seemed a little jarring at first, but Ms. Hazel seemed satisfied otherwise. The treatment was packaged for later use and given to Ms. Hazel to take home and use for her gaming night. Dr. Summers was saying goodbye to the still Koboldian Ms. Hazel when she noticed something odd. Her scales seemed oddly shiny. It was at that moment she noticed an odd swelling, and before long Ms. Hazel was ballooning outward. Not only that, but she seemed significantly lighter. Thankfully, due to Dr. Summers' quick actions, we were able to catch her before she got too high. We're expecting the treatment to wear off soon. At the moment we suspect the issue may have been caused by a contaminated vial, but we're still looking into it...
