I have seen so many fellas saying Pyro is a boy or a girl... Even fan made Videos that are saying one of the points. So i decided to think about it too...Here is my answer:
What if there are 2 Pyros on the battlefield? A male and a female one? You dunno if you look at a male or female one due to the overall and mask though. What do you think?
P.S: Link the comic wherever you want if you support this idea, but do not steal!

The unmasked pyro was unable to facepose. Else i would have faceposed him. So please no smart comments about that. thanks.

I have a theory. There are different units that partol each map. One full female unit, one male unit, and one mixed...This could stop all those saying if the pyro is a female or male.
