*Sigh* Why does this have to keep getting worse?

Just recently this morning I came across an alarming piece of news regarding DA.

While the groups were seemingly spared in the Eclipse take over 3 years ago, Back in September they announced that our groups are now being converted to the Eclipse format. Which as we have clearly seen for the past 3 years has been clearly dysfunctional and buggy. And to make matters worse in the change we'll loose all content in custom widgets, Favourites, group affiliations, countdown timers, admin forums, and admin announcements. Right now they say this change is optional but if a user decides to switch across, they can't switch back. I've got a sinking feeling that sooner or later the team will force the change on us just like they did with the main platform.

Also I've just tried affiliating groups and the while the other end receives the message. The groups can't seem to affiliate due to "Internal Server Errors" this also came whenever I attempt to respond to a comment on the "Incoming Affiliation" notifications. As LiquidFrogStudios pointed out.

This is something we will not stand for! We must rise up and prevent the platform from being damaged any further than it already has.
