I downloaded Photoshop not two days ago and i've been experimenting with blending, this a guy I know from Feminem.com called Oberon the Dragon, he always struck me as a sort of 'Modern Day Warrior' so I came up with the idea of putting some 'phantom armor' on this pic. I also wanted to give him boots, a tunic and a cool dragon in the background but I couldn't find a good enough image to manipulate over it...anyway I'm aware that it isn't the best photoshopping skillzorz but I like it and thought I'd upload it here...

That's some nice effects with the armor, I just wish the picture was bigger so that I could see more detail, but file-size restrictions and sensibility are important when putting files on the internet so I understand. It reminds me of a Rush song:

Hmm...this is a good picture as it stands, but I might suggest you try darkening the armor so it's a little more distinct.
That's really the only advice I can think of because the pic is quite good (better than I can do) and, honestly, I don't think he needs a dragon in the background. Modern day warrior, right? Might try a battlefield, though, like from the Vietnam War or something.

Like I said photoshop, you mess with the blending options you pick up a few things, it was annoying cause I had a suit of armor to work with but I basically had to chop it up into seperate peices on seperate layers to shift it all around right...

That's definately annoying. Photoshop kinda confuses me, so I don't use it much.
