Photographing Lego guys can be really fun. I like how you have Red posed here, arm outstretched and ready for battle or perhaps even a declaration after some sort of event? It fits the character at any rate, which is important when using figures for photographs. Unless your just doing them to show them off, but I believe from your comment that isn't what your going for. 

If your going to photo-shop or manipulate your photo's after taking them. The background you did here is nice and clean and your focus is simply on the character Red, but you could even do an explosion in the background? Or something dramatic like it or place him in the town where the show is held, depending on your abilities. Or I've seen some have them act like them have been brought into our world and are battling things here. This isn't a critique on your current picture and you could have many ideas on your own already.

Overall this piece is really good! I hope you have lots of fun with it moving forward!
