This clock is for Sink Theme by sriozzz [link]I only take the widget clock, mod it and ported to Android with UCCW (Ultimate Custom Clock Widget) app.

To install: Open the zip file. Put the folder and .uccw file into sd-card/ultimatecustomclockwidget folder
