Refia surged from her knees, only to watch as the thick mud folded over the tops of her feet with a thick slurp. Reaching down, Refia pulled up on her right leg, trying to free her foot from the mud. Rather than let her go, the suction seemed to increase, driving her left foot deeper and leaving her right foot stuck. Every time she seemed to make progress, one leg coming free, the other only sank deeper. The mud simply jiggled in response to her baffled struggles, glad to pull her farther into its bottomless embrace...©Square Enix
