And another "happened during session" story. Our psyker casted Holocaust spell while fighting the Daemon - unfortunately rest of the team (featuring Siegfried, an NPC assassin) was within its reach. So we had to burn the Fate Points to survive... and here you see the effect

awesome, love these. I DM dark heresy games and my team has ended up in some hilarious positions. Like the time the psyker double-botched on his psy roll to use MIND SCAN and accidentally summoned a bloodletter AND got our resident guardsman possessed.

only funny thing that happenned in my dark heresy game is that not the dm...the other players tortured and killed my tech priest!!!
all because i did too good a work getting undercover for our inquisitor...now theyre gonna mount that head on a servitor to extract my information.. i expect the inquisitor will be pissed at em...at least i hope lol

Actually, Castus is a Biomancer, but he also has some Telekinesis and Pyromancy powers.

Well, not exactly. Most of the time he's hiding somewhere and healing his minio... um... teammates
So if Flavia is our tank, Kalta is a DPS then Castus is a healer. And, of course, he is the most educated person in our team so often he has the last word in any discussion.
There were maybe three times when he used his offensive powers other than Fearful Aura and Bio Lightning.

Psykers tend to be the smart people. My game group used unconventional careers, so we had a Commissar for the tank, an Eldar ranger for the snipey rogue-type, and a psyker who was basically a blaster-caster telekinetic with a healing power tacked on the side.

looks like a demonic incursion with another assassin, maybe an arbitrator, and the psycher seems to have banished it. or the psycher had a mishap.
