Charmander's flame isn't there because his mom's a dragonair and i decided to make the little charmander and dratini different instead of just being regular dratinis like in the game.

well i kinda mixed the pokemon cause the mommy is a dragonair, so charmy has a horn while little dratini has a tail flame
mommy's probably off with little dratini spending time together while father and son nap ^-^
