Zombies were coming out of the ground. Some just came out of the shadows.
The teens were terrified to even prepare themselves.
Blossom embraced her big sister in fear.
“These were once kind, brave students…..before they became THIS!” Rosie said while trembling in fear.
One huge zombie came from behind Rosie. Its nails were so long that they could be mistaken for claws, it had maggots on its nose and ears and its teeth were missing.
Rosie was horrified by its features.
Thomas quickly pulled out his sword and sliced the zombies arms and head off.
The zombie fell to the ground.
“I’m sorry…I’m so sorry..” Thomas said to the zombie.
Everyone now has the confidence to fight now.
Doll used her cresent moons to slice zombies arms off.
“Forgive me…” Doll whispered in guilt.
Mai quickly used her katana to chop a zombie in half.
“I’m so sorry.” Mai whispered with regret.
Angel shot an arrow at a zombies chest. It cried in agony as Angel shot a bigger arrow to its head.
Angel quickly turns away with regret as the zombie collapses.
Blossom picked up a stick and began to smack a zombie with it.
The zombie didn’t budge at all and it was about to grab Blossom until Aaron the vulture swooped down and pecked the zombies eyes out.
Rosie was still on her knees with a terrified look on her face.
Angel and Thomas both ran to her and shouts “Rosie! More zombies won’t stop respawning!”
Rosie whispered to Angel and Thomas “I’m sorry….I’m sorry that everyone had to be in this mess. Zombies won’t stop respawning until they get a sacrifice.”
Angel and Thomas’s eyes grew wide after hearing this.
“S-sacrifice!?” Angel shouts in fear.
“Sacrifice for what purpose?” Thomas asked.
Rosie was about to explain more until Doll shouts.
“Everyone! Look! I see a house from here!” Doll shouts as she points at the house far away.
“Good eye Doll!” Mai shouts.
“But how are we gonna get past these zombies if they KEEP COMING BACK!?” Thomas started to panic.
“Allow me.” Rosie said as she put her hands together.
She started to glow and the zombies all cowered at the sight of it.
“Everyone follow me.” Rosie said softly.
Everyone started to follow Rosie.
“Whewe’s papa?” Blossom asked.
Angel looked back. Aaron the vulture is cowering by the light as well.
“Aaron, what’s wrong?” Angel said to the vulture.
Aaron was still cowering and trembling at the sight of Rosie’s light.
Angel became a little suspicious of this. She asked “Are you….afraid of the light too?”
The vulture nodded his head.
“Okay then, you can hide inside my pocket if you like.” Angel offered.
The vulture quickly transformed into a mouse and hid inside Angel’s pocket.
Angel quickly ran to catch up with the others following Rosie.
