All right, well, this took quite a while and it's finally done. The whole process for creating this image was probably the longest out of everything I've ever done before, so I can safely say this is probably my best work. Here's hoping the guy I made this for is happy with how it turned out. At least I am, haha.

It took about 10-11 hours to do this, with a little bit of that time in illustrator, but most of it was done in photoshop. Tons of layers were created, and tons were scrapped cause it didn't look good enough and such. The pip-boy frame was rendered from the game, and then turned into a vector in illustrator, and then I had to cut out the screen to put mine in. The screen itself is probably what really consumed most of the production time. I wanted to match everything with how the screen from the game looked, but I wanted it to look different still, so I referenced how the screen looked in-game, but added my own touches so that it was a bit different. The Vault-boy you see on the screen is a bit bigger than usual, since I wanted this to be like a home/startup screen for when you boot the pip-boy up. It took me a while to figure out how to do the screen "stutter" that you see in old computers or T.V.'s and I just experimented with photoshop to get what I wanted. And I did.
