I first encountered this image, recently, on the Facebook page for Instruments of Darkness. I wasn't really looking for it on here, and I think that it's kind of neat that I stumbled upon it here pretty much by accident.
That said, it's my favorite character of the ones listed on Instruments of Darkness' Facebook page.
He's a great character, both his type (Mayan vampire lord and ruler of the fading city of Chitchen Itza), and his look.
For the look, it's his face that does it for me. It's a combination of the lines on his face and neck, and the nose ring. This is a good example of the end result being greater than the sum of its individual parts.
It is a great fortune to have stumble across it, here.
