hahaha ... well cinema 4d is a designing program for 3d materials just like "3ds max", "blender" and such ... v-ray is a rendering engine that helps achieve some extra realism to the final image by precise light calculations around the scene
it's pretty fun stuff

How do you mean ?, it's being modeled in Cinema 4D and rendered with vray
