Now, why am I being not so nice to this gentleman? Well, glad you asked!
This guy is named Shapur, and he's from a video game called: White Knight Chronicles
In this game, our boy Shapur here is probably one of the least redeemable villains. He's selfish, cruel, and a backstabber in every sense, including the literal one.
And he has no backstory, so his motivations for being evil are completely unknown.

In short, he ain't a very nice guy.

But... I really love his design, so I drew him anyway. Getting reminded of this guy stabbing(and killing...kinda) one of the characters I really liked.
