Never heard of that book, what is it about? The Illustration is great, the patterns are well done, did you use a reference for those, or for her outfit?

It is about a Hindu woman's marriage (at 14) and her life in her home (mud hut), her husband (nice guy), and her many, many children. I Google'd pictures of Hindu wedding to browse outfits to understand their parts. Then I just did my own thing with the patterns. Dots and swirls.
