Yes, you are most certainly correct, for practical reasons over is ideal. But under is also done too, generally for aesthetics. Rest assured though, if i was to ever paint a manual on the subject, I would paint them worn the correct way. (-:

Erm.. well it was really a "quickie'ish." The 'ish of course means sort of or not really. In this case, the picture was meant to be a quickie and then wasn't but still kind of was. Context is key to this but that is left to interpretation. This is all proper english usage, I swear! (-:
