Really nice work...i would like to know with which software you made these icons, bause they behave exctly like windows ones when you change view mode in explorerΒ to details, mine don't resize like yours. AnywayΒ you made a good job. thanks

I use Photoshop and Axialis IconWorkshop.
The are two separate PSDs (one for 16x16 icon and other for higher sizes)
As for Base PSD, a have Google-ed it from the Internet (searched something like vista folder psd)
