Locum has Social Anxiety Disorder, (S.A.D.) which means he doesn't go out a lot, he only goes out with his sister or if he really needs to. He is very shy, and most people don't know him at all, they just call him "Nova's Brother" or "Orange and blue Skeleton". He doesn't joke or sleep in public to avoid humiliation or embarrassment. Both of his eyes glow, with the same color that they normally are. Also please don’t make fun of his name.
