Yeah. Roll fell unconcious. Damn World Three! It would've been cool to have seen Megaman visit her after she recovered. And he'd come with a bouquet of roses for her to comfort her. She'd be crying for harming the boy she cared for the most, but Megaman would comfort her saying thay it wasn't her fault to begin with and promising her that she'd never leave her side - that he'd always be by her to defend her. And then he hugs her. She smiles as he wipes off her tears.
When she would recover: after Megaman and Protoman take out Stoneman and Blasterman. It would've been an afterscene.

Also something else that would've "rock n rolled" is Megaman vs Roll in the final. Of course, the crowd wanted Megaman vs Protoman.
What some people don't realize is that Roll is clearly Megaman's female counterpart. Both look exactly alike expect for colors and some other differences. My point is that Roll is able to pull off some of Megaman's moves. We've seen that in Axess.
So if she wanted to, she could summon a "Roll Buster" or even pull off the Program Advance.
By the way, has she ever done that? Maybe not the 1st one but another?

It would also be cool to have the Battle Network series remade in 3D for the New 3DS and the Wii U. They could even expand the Japan-only titles over to the rest of the world.
If they wanted to, they could get Nintendo, Sega, Square Enix, and Bandai Namco to help develop it all. And all 5 would co-publish it.
