"You know you didn't have to use all of our medical supplies on my wound" Rain Dancer said with a sigh stretching her used-to-be shot leg. Her armor was shot through clean but other than that there was no sign of any damage.
"You were bleeding..." Amber answered with an innocent smile "now you're not."
"And we we're let with are few bandages for you" the blue mare looked at her partner annoyed "again. And you're getting hurt all the time too!"
"Exactly! I got used to it, you're not" the redhead unicorn said grinning "besides, I couldn't let the birthday girl to bleed out, right?"
"I wouldn't bleed... oh" the earth pony wanted to protest but the meaning of those words got to her "so was that my birthday gift?"
Instead of answering right away Amber turned and unwrapped one of the larger packs which the other mare assumed were their camping gear for the mission "Nah, that would be easy" the unicorn said rising the object in her magic grasp "this is your present."
In front of Dancer's eyes hung a big, scoped rifle almost her height. "Custom bolt, tweaked scope, suppressor, fancy light parts, additional enchantments and I even engraved your cutie mark on it" Amber recited proudly presenting the weapon.
Rain Dancer stood there for a moments speechless looking at the huge rifle shining in the sunlight.
"But... how... where?"
"Oh... you know... I found it in that old bunker we found last week and worked on it when you were sleeping." the unicorn grinned "Bow take t, I saw few radscorpions behind those ruins."
