Because he is AI, he can't "die". To die means you're a living thing. Living things can DIE. AI is man-made, thus it can be destroyed but not killed. Killed/died/dead are all words used to associate the end of living things. AI/Ultron can not "die".

Perrrrrrfect. I'll put that on my to do list. There's so much I have to go thru. I wish my brain worked perfectly so I could keep every last note and remember who to reply to and what to finish first in better order. Hahaha.
I also want to make an Ultron comic. Oh yes I do. That movie was so good, but was so lacking in development of Ultron. Ultron was such a great character, and I'm sure Joss feels the same that he wish Ultron had more origin screen time, because by the time the movie ended, we didn't understand why Ultron was angry. "Ultron is in pain," says Vision. But we don't know why. We just know Ultron's gone.
But he is alive and ... not so well, but he's alive and he's ANGRY!!!
