Description
In a second Tournament of Power, two of the most powerful Androids created by Dr Gero ready themselves for an upcoming fight.Taking a break from DC fan artwork, I felt like drawing Cell, my favourite DBZ antagonist, and the newest addition from the Dragonball FighterZ game, Android 21.
As a character Cell has a lot of untapped potential, given that his genetic makeup is mainly Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, and Freeza ( 1 pure hearted, two who started bad but became remarkably heroic, and just 1 villainous, so Cell doesn't really have to stay a badguy ) he could make an interesting protagonist now that his power level has been seemingly surpassed.Β
Android 21 would be a welcome addition to the world of DBZ beyond the game. Being similar to Cell in origin but with Majin DNA thrown in for even greater regeneration than Cells at an apparent cost of instability ( physical and mental ). With less clear personality influences from the beings that make up her being, she manages to be her own character rather than just a maxed out power female version of Cell or Majin Buu.

I think she has the Gene's of everyone including cell. But yea kid buu might have made it unstable. Towa did it right with mira, I guess her demon Gene's are too powerfulΒ

I have to admit it puzzled me as to why she would have Cell's genes in her initial creation. It seemed to make more sense that she didn't, else why would she physically change after she absorbed Cell rather than anyone else.

Well cell, is stable and he was just made of all of the z warriors, she might have been a flaw because of buu, pure evil and endless hunger is a bad mix. I think cell should have absorbed her, just my opinion. Gives cell a form like 21 but Male, most likely cell would look like mira but maybe with ikari broly hair and it's purple

Hmm.Both characters could have some potential in the future of the show.Perhaps more so than Frieza who just seems to be stuck on throwing challenges at Goku and Vegeta now it the hopes they'll kick it XD Plus I always loved how suave and snarky Cell was,seeing him grow as a character would be very interesting.

I think you're right, of the antagonists of Dragonball, Freiza is the most set in his ways, he's just evil. I guess that is why he and not Cell is generally regarded as the primary Dragonball antagonist.
By comparison Cell could probably develop and change, much like former antagonists Piccolo, Vegeta and Androids 17 and 18 did, while still retaining his entertaining levels of snark

I easily prefer Good Android 21 very much, just because she is much more likable then her annoying evil half, good 21 reminds me of DBS Broly when it comes to the both of them having a dislike for fighting with Gohan, evil 21 is not very much of a good villain just because she is rather boring in my opinion, i hope someday she becomes canon since Akira Toriyama did said that she'll become canon someday when she gets more popular with the fans, if super returns they better not follow the same stupid story mode from fighterz, since i'm still angry and salty about the writers of fighterz killing good 21 off for stupid reasons and wasted her entire potential since they didn't give her a second chance to come back to life, honestly she deserves a better happy ending then her bad ending that robs people of a cutscene that was supposed to show 21 coming back

I have to admit, If they ever make her canon ( and her good persona seems to be liked by most fans of the series as far as I can tell ) I would like it if they adjusted her stories conclusion so that she could take up a place with the main/supporting cast.

It seems i'm not the only one who likes Good 21 much better then her annoying bratty evil side that i can't stand so much, i would love to see them make Good Android 21 into a different person, her being DBS Broly would work even if she has to fight, they should not add the clones and soul linking because those ideas are just horrible, why not have them fix all of the horrible mistakes that the stupid writers of fighterz had cause by screwing her over to get killed off by the spirit bomb for stupid reasons, to be honest i used to hate Good 21 just because i don't trust her and believe she has an evil side within her, because of the 1st and 2nd story of dragon ball fighterz, i only trust good 21 when she no longer has an evil side anymore, one thing i learn is that we can never make an assumption that the character who is sweet at first but with an evil side is just evil nor weather they are good or evil, i still have trust issues with Android 21 to this day as i still don't trust her but only her good side when she is split away from her bad side

I much prefer the good 21 we saw in the FighterZ's final storyline to the evil version of her. Evil 21 worked as a game villain but the good version of her was just far more developed. She was bit like Super Broly in some respects only she came first.

I'd like to see her made into a canon character. After Broly, I think it's possible for any non-canon character in the Dragon Ball world to become canon.
