I have to admit i have only recently become a fan of both the series and of Korra herself, the brash, fun, and confidently physical lead with an undercurrent of uncertainty, doubt, and even moments of fear, all of which makes her an engaging hero ( and credit given to the voice actress ). The only real pity is that the first season is comparatively short to the previous series 'Avatar - The Last Airbender', with 'The Legend of Korra' being about half the length with only 12 episodes, so there was less time for standalone episodes.

But what there is, is excellent, the entire cast of characters are great and it more than proves itself up to its predecessor series.
