Extract the *.rar file, and open up the iownu.bat file.
See what it does, and then open the iownu_saviour.bat file to cancel the operation from before.
I made these on Thursday, 27th November, so they're quite new, and tested.
The only clue I'm gonna give you, is that you'll have 30 seconds to cancel the operation.
And I think it's windows only.

I'm sure there are - I visit a programming forum regularly and they have a strict guide against programs that delete/change the registry, or interfere with user/PC interaction.
Not that I want you to take this awesome batch file down
