The Rip I know was quite different than what most people think. He used to view other people as objects, as a means to an end. He was vile, cruel, unpredictable, and therefore extremely dangerous. He didn't care if he had to kill in order to get his way. It was his rule to never fraternize with the competition, which included Ishani. Like him, she was one of the few racers out there that could seriously challenge him. She wanted to win and prove herself every bit as much as he did. Rip may have been evil, but he was no fool. He would've known better than to underestimate his opponents. He may have used Ishani, but he sure as heck wouldn't have loved her. Dusty, however, did. He wasn't trying to take advantage of her. In terms of strength, don't let Dusty's smaller size fool you. He has plenty of fight in him, more than enough to keep even Ripslinger at bay.

I'll take your word for it. You know to think about Riplinger kind of reminds me of Steele from Balto. He also reminds me of a meaner Β Version of Jackson Storm. The reason I see him more like Steele is the way he handles things. His anger is like Steele, his insanity is like Steele I could totally see Rip would be just like Steele on how he saw Jenna. Ishani is like the plane version of Jenna, Ripslinger is the plane version of Steele and Dusty is Balto I guess? There tone of voices are pretty similar. If their voices were switch it wouldn't matter. Lol

Now that I think of it, there are a lot of similarities. Rip's vanity and pride led to his downfall, and Dusty wasn't in it for fame, he was racing to prove a point, to prove he could do more than what he was built for.
