If you can't say something nice, it's better to just SHUT UPStop trying to make someone's life more miserable as if you really know that person!
Can't you bear seeing someone happy that you need to ruin it?
Do mind your own business!
There are times where you should be frank and say things that would hurt other people feelings as truth hurts!
But you don't say it when someone is nearly at the edge.
Pick the right time! Rephrase the sentence! Make it sound less harsh!
Geez! I'm so pissed off!
Some people just don't know when to shut up and APOLOGISE for their rude remarks!

sometime the test of love is to know what would hurt someone the worse but not say it in even in angry. when not hurting someone is more important than being right or winning a fight.

yeah true
there are a lot of ways to tell someone off without making them feel offended; and that's my point here
well, you still hurt someone but at least it's not as harsh as telling directly
but then.. oh well, you can never predict other people mood
sometimes they don't mind much but sometimes they do
try saying the same thing when that person is happy and moody. different reaction!
