Adne, this is excellent, mindblowing...
How could you make such a smooth face?
Its the blending technique or it depends upon the paper?
Whenever i used to give dark tone, my drawings are not smoother, can you pls guide me on how you do that?!
I prefer pencil drawings, my medium is normal half white drawing A4 size paper.
Will it be better if i use different type of paper or whether i should go for different blending tools?
I use Blending stumps, ear buds to blend.

Well,I guess it's both.I use a paper called "Filiart Renaud" A4 size,really smooth... and for the technique I use circulism the most.
I also use tissues/ear buds and mechanical pencils,you could try those...I'm better with the mechs than the pencils

Thanks a lot Adne, now i got lot of confidence, i doubt whether i get the same paper suggested by you, but surely i will try to change my current paper and find out other smooth papers, i use ear buds, mechanical pencils rarely, but i never tried with tissues for blending...
I will try with these more...

It's an excellent paper,you should try it.
What I can say to you is that you should try out every type of techniques and materials ,and see which ones you work better with...because it depends on the person,some people are better with pencils,some with mechanical pencils...
Please do that,can't wait to see what you'll do with a different technique
