Something by something......This is a pic I've had a good many of problems with.
I'm not talking about my concept, but the final product.
It seems as if every picture I've taken of this paintings was somehow tainted with a smudge of purple or green. I had to take several pictures of this oil painting, using seperate quaderants of the painting, to recreate what the picture origionally representeded.
Even then, after using Photoshop to copy a layer, then paste the layer on top of the origional, I still cannot make the bottle perfectably visable.
I've spent at least a month on this, and in my field, I'm considered a wiz with Photoshop.

The colors are very subtle and help create the mood in this piece. I especially like the red clouds hovering above the angel

Thanks for the compliment! If there is one thing I am very good at with oil paints.... it's cloud-scapes. I love doing them, especially working with sunset colors

This was a bitch to do. I have a very hard time distinguishing most of these colors (one of thoes strange cases of color blindness).

Sunset was one of my first oil paintings, and yeah I hate to agree, but I could have done a better job with the angle and also the stone work. Thanks for the honest critique
