Yeah I rushed it a bit so I guess you can say it's kinda like a speedpaint.
And since people like even stuff that I myself don't like too much, I thought I'd upload it. You probably had that too where you work on something and you don't really like it but you still upload it and people like it as much (sometimes more) than your other artwork that you like more and worked harder on lol

Yeah, I get that happen - my most popular deviations are neve rthe ones I worked hardest on (they're all damn emoticons ) but oh well, I guess what the masses like is different to what I like, any attention is better than none I suppose and yeah - I'm amazed when I still see people faving my 2006 stuff and nothing else, maybe even they prefer a less-realistic style, it's the only reason why some people fave only those and none of my newer, better ones

Yeah it's really annoying when that happens.
I don't have too much old stuff (oldest stuff is from 7 months ago) but it still gets faved sometimes but not my new stuff. I still get a medium attention to my new stuff so I'm happy like that People don't really know too much about realism and I used to be like that before I got into space art. I would fav stuff that I would rate 2/10 now even though I though it was amazing lol I myself am more into the feeling, creativity and fantasy part of a piece rather than the realism in it. But what I noticed compared to the artists is like I said earlier that people don't know much about realism. So amongst artists we criticize and give each other tips to make stuff more realistic, but not really the feel for the piece as much.
