One of the pictures taken from our recent Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children photoshoot.I love how this picture came out, although I had to edit it.
Kuya Zell, Kuya Ymhon and Kuya Rej worked together in taking this shot. They even found some flower petals to use. I just added a bit more petals 'cause in the original picture, the petals were gathered on just one side. I learned a couple of new simple techniques while editing this.
I wanted to add more petals, but I was afraid that it would end up looking cluttered. For some I guess it looks likes the petals there now are not enough, but I did what I could.

Took ~tepaipascual 's suggestion and added more petals in such a way that there are some behind me as well. I must say, this looks more like the CG art of Tifa when she was doing this pose against a cathedral window.

Lovely picture! Your stance/pose is great, it is hard to get it right (I fail each time XD)~
The petals are spot on, and the backdrop looks similar to the church Tifa was fighting in...great job!

Oh thank you so much for a nice comment! And yes, I do agree, it is hard to get the pose right. I had to exercise during my free time the week before the photoshoot itself. During our first photoshoot, my legs turned into jelly quickly when I did this pose,so I vowed to make up for it at the next one. Glad to see that it paid off.

By the way, I visited your gallery. Your cosplays are great! And I don't think you failed when you did this pose, plus you look great as Tifa, especially in the other poses you did. You were even able to successfully pull off some poses I can't get right. I'm not as slim as you are.

Oh yes, you do have a good point there! Which is the little challenge of cosplay, especially if you want to do the characters justice! Then again, that's what makes it exciting and fun, especially when you're with your friends.
I'm glad to hear that you like my portrayal of Tifa. Honestly, you were one of the cosplayers I used as reference when portraying Tifa as I'm not used to being in front of cameras and now here I am exchanging some messages with you. I'm so glad to have met you.

Yes, It does seem like cosplaying is much more fun with friends but alas, we live in a country where cosplay is unheard of!
And wow, I'm flattered that I am one of the cosplayers you used as reference! I do that too...whenever I plan a new cosplay, I always look at others who did the same character and learn from them. I love looking at cosplayers in general...I sometimes spend hours online just browsing cosplay! XD
