Description
Myself as Tifa Lockhart from Final Fantasy VII. Photo by Naomi Leu Photography.~o+o~
Tifa is one tough cookie, and that's what I admire about her.

It's funny because I thought that she was punching water or something, so I was all like, "That effect is AWESOME!!"

Trust me, the fact that you actually made a VERY good looking Tifa cosplayer to begin with is cool in itself in my opinion.

It's the sunlight reflecting off of some stray strands from her wig

What does "bokeh" mean? In Japanese, it means dumbass, lol!

HA! That's true, didn't make the connection between the two meanings sice I usually think of dumbass as baka or aho xD
Bokeh is the quality of the out of focus area in the picture. A good lens can produce sharp results in the area of focus, but can also produce beautiful blurring in the out-of-focus area, and that part is what is called bokeh.
Awesomely enough, the term bokeh is actually Japanese (暈け means "blur").

It's a photography term, meaning the out of focus areas basically.
