yoiu know wot would look even more mad, if you had red blood tears falling from the eyes because the eye is already red and there are drips on the colar so it would all come together

great composition! A killer in the dark...
The use of these blood stains looks fantastic.
The red eye is a little "hard-shaped"... I think it would look better if the edge would have been feathered by 2 or 3 pixels.
All in all a great picture!
