I just love how you
-choose the color for backgrounds, it support the character's color.
-color the hair, looks very detailed
-made her heterochromia. That's something O.o
-colored the ice-cream. Looks like a different something from the girl.
-used green and blue for her jewelry, repels each other's color perfectly.

You're not allowed to alter the lineart, so I had to leave them as they were. But thank you. :3

Firstly, let me say that I absolutely love what you've done here.
Secondly, just as an FYI, you do have some license. You can paint over the lips and other facial features without using the lines, and you can also change the lines, so long as you do not "...dramatically affect the lines in a way that completely changes them."
Furthermore, "You are free to even add details or completely redo other details, just as long as the general look and feel of the image still maintains that of the original lines."
Lastly, it's subject to the original line artist's demands. Take a look at the facial features in my image in Contest 2:

I've kept within the lines, but made very slight changes to the features. These changes still maintained the general look and feel of the image, and were also met with approval from the line artist (as seen in her comment).

Ohh, well thank you! That's great to know. I'm always really cautious with contests so I don't break any rules and get my hard work disqualified right off the bat.
